Book Blogger Appreciation Week announced all of the awards during last week, and Dark Faerie Tales won for Best New Book Blog. I still can’t believe it. I’d like to thank my readers, everyone that voted for me, and all of the members of BBAW.
I’m honored to win this award. I’d also like to thank some fellow blog friends that have helped me along the way, and welcomed me into the community. First, I would like to thank Doug over at SciFiGuy. I discovered his blog two years ago and he inspired me to start my own blog. He gives great advice, let’s me bug him on the phone, and he is very knowledgeable. Doug is just an all around great guy. I discovered so many great bloggers through Doug. I truly appreciate all of her advice and everything she brings to the blogging community.
Even though blogging can be stressful at times, and presents challenges, I’m really looking forward to another great year, and visiting my friends’ fabulous blogs. I’ll try not to lurk so much and leave more comments. Blogging has been an amazing experience for me. Thank you so very much.
