I Belong

Supernatural Smack Down: Paulina Ulrich’s Kaddy Richston

Kaddy Richston

Name: Kaddy Richston. Pronounced like caddy, like a golf caddy. Great example right?

Book Series: The Fighting Fate Series

Job: I’m the drummer for my band Post Modern Love

Height: 5’4”

Hair Color: Red as a fire truck. Literally.

Eye Color: Silver. I’ve gotten more than enough stares in my lifetime.

From (Location): Dry Mill Creek, Wyoming

Significant Other: Cole Huntington: Guardian who is always calm, cool, and collected. Until me he never broke a single rule.

Signature Move: Hand to hand combat with supernatural strength and swift reflexes.

Kill Highlights: I’ll do what I have to and it’s never easy.

Enemies: Plenty of them and not sure I can name them all. They come from the least expected places.

Favorite Pastime: Swinging on the swing set with my lifelong friend Mike.

I’m Kaddy Richston and there’s nothing I do better than breaking the rules. I don’t give a shit about what people think of me considering I’ve been a freak show my entire life with the blazing hair and unusual eyes. Only after learning of my fate that I’m supposed to save the world or some shit, deadly black wings have sprouted from my back and powers I never imagined possible to have are right in my fingertips. I have incredibly fast reflexes, unbelievable strength, and am able of summoning powers from both the Angels and the Fallen. Cole reminds me that I am lethal weapon but I didn’t ask for this. I just wanted to be the drummer in my band and go on tour, playing in front of sold out shows.

Music is my life and nothing gets to stand in the way of that, except maybe the fate of the world. I have the world’s most loyal friend and I would do anything to keep him safe. Threats from my past are slowly begin to unravel themselves as I learn more and more about the mysterious secrets that were kept from me. Even more unannounced were the enemies that I never saw coming, forcing me to question my trust of the people around me. After having your world turned over, everyone you meet can be a potential friend or foe. I do not hesitate to kick ass.

About this Book:

Nothing can stand in the way of outspoken, rule-breaker-extraordinaire, Kaddy Richston…except destiny. Born with wildly colored hair and piercing gray eyes Kaddy knew she was different, but she set her sights on her ambitious dreams of being in a rock band and leaving her small town behind along with the painful memories of her past.

But destiny has other plans for her.

When the calm, cool, and always collected Cole Huntington enters her life he takes a strange interest in her, his striking blue eyes never wandering far from her every move. Despite her efforts to push him away, he plans on unraveling every single one of Kaddy’s dark secrets even though he has some of his own.

Despising each other from the start, Kaddy is determined to undermine whatever intentions he has until she learns of a destiny she never asked for. The fate of the world lies in her hands as she learns how different she really is. The only person she can turn to for answers is the last person she’d want help from: Cole Huntington who seems to dislike her rule-breaking as much as she dislikes his rule-following.

Sometimes destiny sucks.
