With the help of Random.org the winners are as follows:
- I have to be honest, I would probably not survive. I have been in tornados and earthquakes, both of which were easier to wrap my head around than a Tsumami (probably because I live inland). If I actually survived the event, then I would just pick up and start over!
Grand Prize: An autographed copy of Tsunami Blue, bracelet, bookmark, collector card, and a pair of shell earrings.
- I would undoubtably need help. In fact, without it, I’m not sure I’d survive much. However, people can do amazing things when they’re put in hard situations. Right? : ) Finding clean water would be top on my list & then food.
1st Winner: An autographed copy of Tsunami Blue, bracelet, and a pair of shell earrings.
3. Jen M.
- After a tsunami, I imagine one of the biggest problems would be potable water because all the normal water sources would have been poisoned by sea water. So, I’d be looking for wood or other fuel, and hopefully would have waterproof matches or a flint on hand (Survivor anyone?) so that the available water could be boiled. After that, I’d be looking for food, then thinking about scavenging materials to build a shelter (on higher ground of course).
2nd Winner: A bracelet and a pair of shell earrings.
- I would definitely have to say dry land. It also depends how large the tsunami was, although I’m sure there would still be chaos in the case of a small tsunami. Anyhow find dry land, food and clean water. You can live without shelter for a while as long as you keep the clothes on your back but you need water to survive.
3rd Winner: A bracelet and a pair of shell earrings.
I will contact the winners. Hope you all enjoy your prizes.
